The
ABBOT
Room

This quaint 2nd floor room is named for the Abbott’s who were the third family to call this grand “house on the hill” home while raising three generations of Abbotts here. At the turn of the century, they owned the general store in town where you could buy a pound of flour or a model T Ford. In the early 1900’s Charles Abbott became the local town dentist, setting up an office and waiting room in what now is the Inn’s parlor dining room.

This 2nd floor room, (above old Charlie’s office), features a queen size bed, brick faced fireplace, central air conditioning, professionally shabby chic dresser, small private bath with stall shower and deluxe amenities, a wall mounted flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and internet access.
